No, beginners are always welcome! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. We’ll guide you through the basics and help you progress at your own pace.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothes, like a t-shirt and sweatpants or leggings. If you decide to continue, we will provide information on how to purchase a Taekwondo uniform (dobok).
For beginners, we recommend attending classes 2-3 times a week. As you progress, you may want to train more frequently to continue advancing. Consistency is key to improvement.
